Building Construction
KTC Group’s expansion into building construction marks a strategic evolution of our capabilities, complementing our
established expertise in earthworks and infrastructure. Through our dedicated teams and growing portfolio, we are
delivering high-quality, purpose-built structures that meet the dynamic needs of Singapore’s urban landscape.
A standout example is Terusan Edge, KTC’s own industrial
building development. This five-storey facility features a
mezzanine level and a rooftop solar power installation, with a
Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 14,000 square meters. Designed for
functionality and sustainability, Terusan Edge showcases our
ability to integrate modern construction practices with
forward-thinking design.
Our portfolio includes the successful award of KTC’s first HDB Build-to-Order (BTO) development with 873 dwelling units in Choa Chu Kang. We have also undertaken a camp development with an approximate Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 250,000 sq.m., demonstrating our capability to execute large-scale, complex building projects.
Earthworks & Land Preparation
Established in 1988 under Kok Tong Construction Pte Ltd, our earthworks division has grown into a cornerstone of Singapore’s construction landscape, and now expanded to also include Kok Tong Earthworks & Engineering Pte Ltd.
Specializing in deep and bulk excavation as well as earth transportation, we bring over three decades of expertise to every project.
With one of the largest fleets of heavy machinery and tipper trucks in the nation, KTC is widely recognized as a leader in earthworks. Our unwavering commitment to timely delivery, operational excellence, and safety has earned us a reputation as the preferred partner in this highly specialized field.
Transport & Machinery
KTC’s transport and machinery division is a vital backbone of our construction operations, providing resources and enabling the movement of materials across Singapore’s infrastructure landscape. Managed by Kok Tong Transport & Engineering Works Pte Ltd, our fleet has grown to over 1,400 machineries and more than 500 tipper trucks, supporting our numerous project sites with speed, scale and reliability.
To meet the demands of increasingly complex and time-sensitive projects, we have integrated fleet management systems that optimize routing, monitor vehicle performance and driver behaviour to enhance operational efficiency. This digital transformation allows us to reduce downtime, improve fuel efficiency, and ensure timely deliveries across all our logistics operations.
