2016 Company Trip to Ho Chi Minh
As part of team bonding and reward to staff, the company organised 2 trips to Ho Chi Minh City. A total of 242 staff joined the trips, spending 4 days 3 nights in the city, visiting places of interest as well as participating team bonding activities. It was a fruitful trip for all as it provides opportunity for the staff to know each other and also an eye opener for first-timer to Vietnam.

Movie and Dinner with the Children from Singapore Children Association
During the September School Holidays, a group of KTC employees spent their evening bringing the children out for movie and dinner at Pizza Hut. The smiles and words of appreciation from the children made it a rewarding and meaningful event for the team of volunteers.

In KTC, we emphasized alot on employees' health. Besides having health screening, healthy cooking class, exercise for office workers talk, we also had our KTC Sports Day. The staff were asked to participate in three main activities, Dragon Boating, Archery Tag and Bowling Tournament which lasted for a day. Through such event, the staff get to know their peers better and it also allows each of them to challenge their mental and physical health.
